Limited Warranty

POWER 4 ALL warrants that BLUE LITHIUM LiFePO4 starting batteries are free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, when used, installed, operated, and serviced under normal and intended conditions. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms and exclusions stated below.

 

Warranty Claim Procedure

If a battery malfunction occurs within the warranty period and a defect is suspected, the customer must notify POWER 4 ALL and provide clear photos and/or videos of the product as requested for evaluation. Upon verification that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect and not caused by excluded conditions, POWER 4 ALL will, at its discretion:

• Repair the battery, or

• Replace the battery if repair is not reasonably possible. Any repaired or replaced battery will be covered for the remaining balance of the original warranty period only.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from:

• Improper, negligent, or inappropriate use, including operation outside the temperature or usage limits specified in product instructions.

• Unauthorized opening, modification, tampering, or seal breakage, or physical damage including dropping, impact, deformation, crushing, or puncture.

• Storage, installation, servicing, or repair performed by any party other than POWER 4 ALL or its authorized service partners.

• Abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents, or force majeure events, including but not limited to lightning, flood, fire, or extreme weather.

• Exposure to water, moisture, conductive dust, corrosive gases, or other harmful environmental conditions.

• Use of the battery for purposes other than its intended function as a starting battery for compatible vehicles.

• Normal wear and tear, aging, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functional performance.

• Intentional damage, vandalism, or external interference.

• Any defect, failure, or malfunction occurring after the expiration of the warranty period.

 

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by POWER 4 ALL. To the fullest extent permitted by law, POWER 4 ALL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, downtime, or related costs.
